About Me
Hello, I’m Rhian. I am a secondary school science teacher with over 10 years of experience. I obtained my PGCE from The University of Cambridge. Recently, I made the decision to step away from being in the classroom full time and shift my focus toward supporting families in the home, specifically through infant sleep coaching.
Like many of us, I witnessed how deeply the Covid-19 pandemic affected children of all ages and the wellbeing of parents. It still continues to have lasting effects today. That experience inspired me to redirect my skills and energy toward helping families find rest, reassurance, and rhythm again.
I am a fully certified Sleep Coach. My approach to sleep coaching is gentle, age-appropriate, and responsive to your baby’s unique personality and temperament. I understand that no two families are the same, so I offer a wide range of strategies that can be tailored to suit your needs and values.
