About Me

Hello, I’m Rhian. I was previously a secondary school science teacher with 8 years of experience. Recently, I made the decision to step away from the classroom and shift my focus toward supporting families in the home — specifically through infant sleep coaching.

Like many of us, I witnessed how deeply the Covid-19 pandemic affected our children and the wellbeing of parents. That experience inspired me to redirect my skills and energy toward helping families find rest, reassurance, and rhythm again.

My approach to sleep coaching is gentle, age-appropriate, and responsive to your baby’s unique personality and temperament. I understand that no two families are the same, so I offer a wide range of strategies that can be tailored to suit your needs and values.
